Chris provided change order review services for the construction phase of this mulitiple award winning addition to the nexus of downtown Philadelphia.  

Kieran Timberlake Architects and The Olin Studio designed a replacement  for the aging and underutilized plaza on the west side of Philadelphia City Hall that organized the functional uses of the plaza built over the interection of several train and subway lines, and merged surface uses that increased the accessibility of City Hall with elegant modern design elements.
